We hosted a performance of Country Roads at the Ramor Theatre Virginia on Friday 25th November featuring Wayne Denton. The show was received with great acclaim and the audience feedback was very positive.
Wayne Denton gave an amazing performance and the show had very high production values.
I would have no hesitation in recommending it to other venues.

Just a quick note to thank Wayne and his team for a truly excellent tribute to John Denver. It really was a first class production, the music and singing were of the highest quality, and the camera and projection work very creative.
Wayne’s easy dialogue was captivating and incredibly informative - our audience totally loved the show from start to finish.
I look forward to having Wayne and band back in the very near future.

“Riverside was thoroughly delighted with this show and it went down a storm with the audience
It’s easy to forget quite how significant John Denver was in his time and Wayne Denton’s performance and direction of the evening was nothing less than superb.
It’s not just a trip down memory lane… it’s a chance to hear some really great songs, beautifully delivered and to learn a little bit more about just how talented a writer and musician Denver actually was….”

Hi Wayne,
Just to let you know how much I enjoyed the show at the Albert Halls, Stirling. After our chat on air at Central FM the previous week, it was good to see you live on stage - An excellent tribute!
Sorry I didn't have time to pop backstage after the show. My wife and I were a bit tired and had a fair wee drive back home.
All the best and continued success. Tom Bell

"What an evening of reminiscences! Wayne has a very individual way of paying tribute to John Denver. I'm pleased to say there was no American accent, and his voice is very strong, clear and fits the style perfectly. The musical accompaniment was top drawer and the overall standard of the concert was very high indeed. The audience was captivated from the outset and remained captivated to the end. A great Sunday night's entertainment, may the country road lead them all back to the Pavilion as soon as possible"

"It was a pleasure to work with Wayne and the band on Country Roads. The technical team was very approachable and allowed for a smooth get-in and consequently a stunning show. I do wish you all the best for the rest of the tour and the future".

If you like John Denver you will love this show. A very friendly company who were very helpful and easy to work with. Our customers were very happy with their nights entertainment and this show offers great value for money.

...Wayne and his excellent band covered the John "Must do's" such as
Leaving on a Jet Plane, Annie's Song, Rocky Mountain High, Grandma's Feather Bed and of course
Country Roads. The audience of around 250 were soon singing and clapping along to these much-loved favourites.
But he also did
Today (which he dedicated to FoJD) and
Lady, which he said, was his all time favourite JD song, and one of my favourites,
Goodbye Again. These choices were a real hit for the FoJD'ers in the crowd, as were
Calypso and his closing song
This Old Guitar.
The suprise part of his show was the rock 'n' roll element he introduced with tracks such as
Johnny B Goode. These particularly suited the strength of his voice and got the whole audience tapping their feet.

The first was Show Providers’ own Wayne Denton as John Denver. Here was a impressive tribute, complete with blond locks and hat, a fine version of Country Roads being an illustration of the strong individual talents of this toe-tapping troupe.
