TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

SOUND


“COUNTRY ROADS : A Celebration of John Denver” tours with its own Audio rig, which may require patching into your house system to give adequate coverage to the auditorium.

Power: 13, 16 or 32 amp single phase power supply.

LIGHTING
The in house lighting should include a minimum of four colour wash allowing adequate coverage of the stage and front line.

On Stage: 4 colour wash: - Medium Amber, Blue, Red, Light Green.
F.O.H: Central White Profile 3 colour wash: - Blue, Red, Green.
Please forward advice of any cost in advance of the show.

Please ensure a lighting engineer is available in advance of the show

VIDEO
We carry our own video screen, projector and engineer which is located rear centre stage.

COMMUNICATIONS
Talk Back to be available for: Stage Manager (if in attendance) In-House Lighting Engineer

LOAD IN
We require access to load in from 2pm for an evening show.

We endeavour to complete sound checks and clear the stage at least 30 minutes before the doors open.

Please advise in advance of any cost involved to the company manager.

BACKSTAGE FACILITIES
Dressing rooms are to be provided with adequate lighting, electrical points, mirrors and hanging space for costumes. Must be with in a reasonable distant from the stage. Also have show relay and vision monitors if available.

We require: 2 x dressing room to accommodate 3 males Integral or nearby toilet and washing facilities required.

Warm beverages (i.e., coffee or tea) to be provided on arrival, if possible Jugs of water & 4 glasses 30 minutes before curtain up. If any charges will apply please advise the Company Manager in advance of the show.

MERCHANDISING
The company require a small area in the foyer / reception with a small table to place a display stand on with a 13 Amp power socket nearby.

Our own personnel will arrange to sell the merchandising unless agreed otherwise.

CD’s of the show are made available to the public AFTER the production at a cost of £10 each, although the management reserves the right to change this amount at any time. Signed pictures may also be put on sale (subject to availability) at a cost of £1 each.

Please advise in advance of any commission fees payable to the venue to the Company Manager.
