MARKETING TOOLS

Advertising
We would like to place advertisements in the local press 4-6 weeks prior to the show. Please send us your media list/advertising schedule (if not done already).
We will call you in the run up to the show to review ticket sales and discuss placing any additional advertising we feel is necessary.

Press Releases
We feel it is essential you send a press release to your local media. There is a sample press release in this pack that you may use. If you would like us to circulate a release to your local media please notify us as soon as possible.

Press
To ensure maximum coverage and publicity is achieved for the show we would encourage free editorial whenever possible. Our cast will be happy to take part in any radio or newspaper interviews you arrange.

Competitions
Competitions are a great way to secure extra coverage, if you would like any competition tickets please let us know how many you require.

Radio
The cast are happy to take part in any interviews to promote the show. Telephone and face-to-face interviews are welcomed. Music from the show can be used for radio, and Wayne will take part in live sessions at the studio. Just call and let us know dates/times.

TV
If you would like to organize any TV based interviews or live sessions for regional TV please let us know, we are happy to help you co-ordinate this.

Local Contacts
The local community is essential to selling a date. If you have any local businesses, hotels or tourist information centres we could contact on your behalf please let us know.

Box Office Updates
It is essential that we monitor the sales of the show from 12 weeks prior to the event date. We will try to do this once every week and then more regularly 3 weeks leading up to the show. Please email the box office sales regularly so we may react accordingly.
